Bennington House by Post Architecture is designed on a beautiful tension: a familiar white farmhouse silhouette paired with a darker, modern counterpart. Tucked into Toronto’s Bennington Heights—“a quiet pocket wrapped in ravines”—it began as a renovation, until the existing structure couldn’t support the homeowners’ goals. The solution was a rebuild on the same footprint: preserving the farmhouse presence and its sense of memory, while opening the door to modern living.
